Effective Date: 2025-03-31

These policies govern your use of Growth 11. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms.

Terms of Service

Use of Services

Growth 11 provides resources, insights, and tools to help professionals grow their businesses. Users may access and use the materials for internal company needs, including planning, execution, and team enablement. Users may also share individual assets outside of their company — for example, with clients, peers, or collaborators — as long as all Growth 11 branding and attribution remain intact. Users may not sell, repackage, or mass distribute Growth 11 resources without permission.

User Accounts

Each individual must maintain their own account and should not share their login credentials with others. If colleagues or team members need access, they should create their own accounts. Users may still share individual assets with colleagues or others as long as the assets are not altered and retain all Growth 11 information.

Intellectual Property & License

Growth 11 grants members a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for their own business purposes. This license does not grant ownership or the right to sell, modify, or claim any materials as your own. Users may still share individual assets with colleagues or others as long as the assets are not altered and retain all Growth 11 information. Any company interested in using our resources should obtain their own access directly from Growth 11.

Limitation of Liability

Growth 11 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The effectiveness of any resources, insights, and tools depends on how they are applied, the broader strategy, and the specific circumstances of each company. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services.

Under no circumstances will Growth 11 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Users are responsible for evaluating how resources fit their business needs and making decisions accordingly.

We use your information to provide access to our services, improve the user experience, and ensure security. We may send you relevant updates or resources, which you can opt out of at any time.

How We Protect Your Data

We implement standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Your data is not shared with or sold to external parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Cookie Policy

Growth 11 only uses first-party cookies. To protect your privacy, we DO NOT allow any third party cookies. The first-party cookies are used to manage essential login sessions as described below.

First-Party Cookies

Any website that has a login system must use first-party cookies or a similar mechanism to manage user authentication and session security. These cookies are necessary to:

  • Keep users logged in – A session cookie is set so they don't have to log in again on every page they visit.
  • Verify identity – Essential cookies help confirm that the user is the same person throughout their session.
  • Secure access – They prevent unauthorized access by ensuring session integrity and helping to protect against CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) and other security threats.

Without these essential cookies, users would be forced to log in on every page load, and websites and web applications would not function properly.

No Third-Party Cookies

Growth 11 DOES NOT use or permit third-party cookies, including those used for advertising, targeting, or third-party analytics. Many websites allow external services to place cookies for cross-site tracking, but we do not engage in such practices. Your data remains private and is not shared with any third-party platforms.
